Speaking at the handover ceremony at the Force Headquarters in Abuja, today Wednesday, June 22, Idris said the libraries will be established in the in the six geopolitical zones across Nigeria. Idris who is also the 19th indigenous IGP since the institution’s establishment said he will fight corruption within the Nigeria police force. He also promised to introduce high inclusive policing. Idris said this form of police will ensure greater participation of female police officers in all state commands.
