Following the national peacemaking of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN) the Imo state chapter of Actors Guild of Nigeria hosted a peace and Reconciliatory meeting today 17th October 2017.
The meeting which started around 3pm at Bongo Centre Owerri Imo State, Saw a large number of members including suspended members of the guild in attendance.
Speaking at the meeting, the current State Chairman of the guild Comrade Conac Chibueze Umez stated the need for peace to reign in Imo AGN just like other states.
At the same venue, the southeast vice president, Barrister Ikechukwu Ezenagu who presided over the meeting with the State Chairman welcomed the suspended members of the guild after they made peace acceptance speech one after the other, and promised to participate in any AGN activities henceforth.
Another Agenda of the meeting was the way forward to the forth coming AGN Election and its procedures.
